We,all colleagues of CTC company gone to Japan for tour activities study in this summer,and got good harvest!

As one of the developed countries in the world, Japan is not only reflected in its highly developed economy and cutting-edge technology, but also in its overall level of national quality.The city is very clean, orderly and beautiful, and no garbage on all streets or alleys.The services in Japan is equally honest with aged and child customers, the streets are quiet and the traffic is orderly.The trust between people is also very high. You no need worry about dirty dishes when you enter a restaurant,and no need worry about can not finding your bag when you lose it in the mall.A nation's self-discipline, strict requirements to themselves, high quality to a terrible degree.

Japanese people are dedicated, responsible, quality-oriented, diligent and steadfast, rigorous and careful, highly efficient in teamwork, and always maintain a sense of crisis. In the company, people always feel the time is not enough,so they work fast and make high efficiency.They believe in the zero defect theory, so even a small mistake, they can not tolerate, because they firmly believe that even such small mistakes can not be avoided, bigger mistakes must be hidden behind these small mistakes.Japanese people only focus on the progress of work, they always work late into the night to complete work mission.

 

Chinese nation has been state of ceremonies , civilization, the spirit of self-discipline and social commitment since from ancient times. Composed of 5,000 years of China National's history, bred generations of Chinese people, national literacy will reach a very high level in our generation after generation of education .We are in an era full of competition, orderly, civilization and teamwork. As Chinese, we have the responsibility, mission and responsibility to improve and exceed Japan. Here, we sincerely propose to all colleagues:

 

Improve personal sentiment, promote personal quality, improve professional dedication.Start from sorting out the internal affairs of company, start from the small things around you, and improve work quality and efficiency in the process of sorting out the "dirty, disorderly and poor" .

 

This propose expects all colleagues to participate, and make picture comparison when improvement, colleagues solitaire transmission of improve the results (according to the format as below), and do regularly summarize and make evaluation.

8.To be a person who persist in consciously  stress on manners, stress on hygiene, stress on discipline and protect public propety and  environment . After seat in the company is used, put it back in place, wipe the whiteboard after use, clean the work area, and pay attention to the company's cleanliness at any time.

9.To be a person who work high efficiency and perfect, leaving no problems for colleagues, not causing troubles for others due to negligence in work, not giving trouble to others, managing time on their own, and working overtime to complete unfinished business.

10.To be a person who work hard, finish the target persistently, check work problems autonomously, propose rationalization suggestions, improve work process;Keep learning new knowledge, assiduously study their own post work, constantly improve business ability.
