What is Quick Charge? Here i collect some quick charge solutions

Today i collect some quick chargesolutions for you. Hope this is helpful for you. Quick Charge is the next generation of fast charging technology for devices like Smartphone, Smart Power Bank etc.

1.Qualcomm Quick Charge
Quick Charge 3.0 is engineered to refuel devices up to four times faster than conventional charging. It is designed to charge twice as fast as Quick Charge 1.0 and to be 38 percent more efficient than Quick Charge 2.0. Now consumers can spend even less time charging, and can grab and go more quickly.

How does it work? Quick Charge 3.0 employs Intelligent Negotiation for Optimum Voltage (INOV), an algorithm which allows your portable device to determine what power level to request at any point in time, enabling optimum power transfer while maximizing efficiency. It also supports wider voltage options, allowing a mobile device to dynamically adjust to the ideal voltage level supported by that specific device. Specifically, Quick Charge 3.0 offers a more granular range of voltages: 200mV increments, from 3.6V to 20V. That way your phone can target one of dozens of power levels.

2. MediatekPump Express Plus
MTK also released Pump Express and Pump Express Plus technology separately in Feburary and May 2015. The official said it can improve 45% charging speed, of course, it will also need specific charger.
Pump Experss technology mainly depends on the inbuilt PMIC which allows the electric current of the charger to decide the initial voltage that charging needs, and then PMIC will give its impulse current order to the charger via USB Vbus to command the charger output the voltage according to the order, finally, when the voltage is increased to 5V, it can get the largest charging current.

3. TI MaxCharge
Description
The bq25892 is a highly-integrated switch-mode battery charge management and system power path management device for single cell Li-Ion and Li-polymer battery in a wide range of smartphone and other portable devices with USB or high voltage adaptors. Its low impedance power path optimizes switch-mode operation efficiency, reduces battery charging time and extends battery life during discharging phase. The I2C serial interface with charging and system settings makes the device a truly flexible solution.
Features
Support high voltage adaptor to achieve up to 5A chargeing current
Highly integrated solution with the highest efficiency
Input Current Optimizer (ICO) to best utilize the adaptor
ADC to provide system and battery monitoringBoth host control and autonomous charging when the host is not available
Integrated low Rdson battery FET for long battery run time

4.USB 3.1 PD
USB Power Delivery, USB has evolved from a data interface capable of supplying limited power to a primary provider of power with a data interface. Today many devices charge or get their power from USB ports contained in laptops, cars, aircraft or even wall sockets. USB has become a ubiquitous power socket for many small devices such as cell phones, MP3 playersand other hand-held devices. Users need USB to fulfil their requirements not only in terms of data but also to provide power to, or charge, their devices simply, often without the need to load a driver, in order to carry out “traditional” USB functions.
The USB Power Delivery Specification enables the maximum functionality of USB by providing more flexible power delivery along with data over a single cable. Its aim is to operate with and build on the existing USB ecosystem.
