​IP6559 is an integrated buck-boost controller and path NMOS control function, supporting QC2.0 / QC3.0 / QC3+/AFC/FCP/ SCP/ VOOC, and Type-C USB CPD2.0/PD3.0 (PPS ) outputs the SOC of the fast charging protocol to provide a complete power solution for fast charging adapters and car chargers. The high integration and rich functions of IP6559 require only one inductor and power MOSFET to implement a fast charging solution with buck-boost function, which can effectively reduce the size of the overall solution and reduce the BOM cost. The IP6559's synchronous switching buck-boost system can provide a maximum power output of 100W, supports NTC's board-level temperature detection, and can intelligently adjust the output power according to the temperature. IP6559 has a built-in 14-bit ADC, which can accurately measure the input and output voltage and current, and supports the voltage and current display function of the digital tube. The PD output of IP6559 has CV/CC characteristics. When the output current is less than the set value, it outputs CV mode and the output voltage is constant; when the output current is greater than the set value, it outputs CC mode and the output voltage decreases. IP6559 integrates a variety of protection functions, including input overvoltage, undervoltage protection, output overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit protection, device overtemperature protection and other functions. IP6559 is packaged in QFN48 (7*7).
