Describe

IP6527 is a buck converter with integrated synchronous switch, supports 14 output fast charging protocols, supports Type-C output and USB PD 2.0/PD3.0 (PPS) protocol SoC, and is used for car chargers, fast charging adapters, Smart power strips provide complete solutions.

IP6527 supports USB Type-C or USB A output, with a total power of 5V/3.6 A.

IP6527 has a built-in power MOS with an input voltage range of 8.2V to 32V and an output voltage range of 3V to 20V. It can provide a maximum output power of 45W and can automatically adjust the output voltage and current according to the recognition of the fast charging protocol.

IP6527 outputs 5V/3A, and the board-side conversion efficiency is as high as 96.5%.

IP6527 has an over-current point automatic adjustment function. When SCP and low-voltage fast charging protocol handshake is successful, it supports 5V/4.5A, 4.5V/5A.

The output of IP6527 has CV/CC characteristics. When the output current is less than the set value, it outputs CV mode and the output voltage is constant; when the output current is greater than the set value, it enters CC mode and the output voltage decreases.

The output voltage of IP6527 has a line compensation function. When the output current increases, the output voltage will increase accordingly to compensate for the voltage drop caused by the impedance of the connecting line.

IP6527 has a soft-start function to prevent sudden inrush current from affecting the stability of the input source.

IP6527 has a variety of protection functions, including input overvoltage and undervoltage protection, and output overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage short circuit protection.

IP6527 is packaged in 5*5 mmQFN32.
