General Description

BIP60015G is an advanced intelligent powermodule that BYD has newly developed anddesigned to provide very compact and highperformance ac motor drivers，mainly targetinglow-power inverter-driven applications like airconditioner and washing machine. It combinesoptimized circuit protection and drive matched tolow-loss IGBT. System reliability is furtherenhanced by the integrated under-voltagelock-out and short-circuit protection. The highspeed built-in HVIC provides optocoupler lesssingle-supply IGBT gate driving capability thatfurther reduce the overall size of the invertersystem design. Each phase current of invertercan be monitored separately due to the dividednegative dc terminals. ​
