一、General Description 

AP2982 are High Efficiency,High Output DC-DC Converters which can be powered by a wide input supply from 4.5 V to  24 V. Thanks to novel Neo-COT control  scheme, AP2982/3 can  achieve fast transient response meanwhile switching at pseudo-fixed frequency and  with DCM for  power saving at  light load.  With integrated  low RDS(ON)power switches,they maintain high  efficiency at both light load  and heavy load. The  efficiency at full load is up to 94 %.The internal compensation architecture of AP2982/3 can  reduce the complexity of the application circuit, widen the step-down ratio and maintain  low  ripple  voltage  with  tiny  external power components, i.e. inductor and capacitor.Including soft-start,output short circuit protection, thermal  shutdown,   VIN  UVLO  and Gate  Drive UVLO.  The AP2982/3  are  housed in TSOT-23-8L package.
